Our response to COVID-19

Dear audience

Teater Refleksion takes the safety and health of our employees and audience very seriously, and we wish to give you a safe experience when you visit us at the theatre. That’s why we follow the official health guidelines with regard to distance requirements and placement both within and outside the hall. This also means that your visit to our theatre will proceed a little differently than normal. You can, however, expect to get the same good theatre experience as always.

EVENING AND WEEKEND SHOWS:

• Our 2021 shows have been put on sale with a reduced number of seats in the halls in accordance with the current guide lines provided by the national health authorities. These may be subjected to ongoing adjustments.
• When buying more than one ticket at a time, you’ll get a matching number of adjacent seats. Accordingly, there’ll be a distance of less than one metre between the persons in the group. All groups will be given seat numbers upon arrival for the show.
• If you wish to keep one metre between you and your neighbours (from nose to nose), each ticket must be bought individually. For logistical reasons, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be seated next to each other in this case. You’ll be given a seat number upon arrival for the show.
• In case of disease all tickets will be refunded.
• In case we have to cancel entire shows, all tickets bought for the shows in question will be refunded.
• There are markings on the floors to help you keep a distance in the areas outside the hall.
• We are providing hand sanitizers and recommend you to use them both upon arrival and leaving.
• We put extra effort into cleaning before, during and after shows.
• For reasons of hygiene we’ve decided to temporarily close our bar.

SHOWS FOR SCHOOLS AND INSTITUTIONS:

• Our 2021 shows have been put on sale with a reduced number of seats in the halls. This means you can book no more than 48 tickets in total for each show, as long as there are vacant seats. These restrictions follow the current national guide lines and may be subjected to ongoing adjustments.
• It will be possible to maintain a distance of one metre from nose to nose between all persons in the hall.
• Upon arrival, the classes will be spread out in our foyer and one of the halls, while waiting for the show to begin. This is a precaution to ensure a minimum of 4 square metres per person.
• There are markings on the floors to help you keep a distance in the areas outside the hall.
• For special requirements regarding distance and placement in foyer and halls, you’re kindly asked to call us on (+45) 86 24 05 72 so we can arrange things further.
• We are providing hand sanitizers and recommend you to use them both upon arrival and leaving.
• We put extra effort into cleaning before, during and after shows.
• The eating of packed lunches is unfortunately not allowed.
