Tickets are bought on our website. You can pay with Dankort or VISA.

Prices are in DKK unless stated otherwise. We make reservations for force majeure, sold-out events and typos.

The tickets have no fee.

You will receive a confirmation with ”tickets” sent to your email. It is not necessary to print the tickets. Simply go to the counter at the theatre and provide the name under which the tickets were ordered. This enables us to see which tickets you have bought.

Refund of tickets: According to the ”Act on Certain Consumer Agreements § 17 (2) cf. § 9 (2a)”, the right of withdrawal does not cover entertainment events that are to take place on a specific day or during a specific period. If an organiser offers the option of refunding tickets, this is stated in the information for the individual event.

Cancellation of an event: If an event is cancelled, Teater Refleksion will refund the relevant purchased tickets.

Personal information: Teater Refleksion is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data. The personal information that you enter when making a purchase (name, address, postcode, city, email and telephone) is used exclusively for order processing and is not passed on to others. In addition to personal information, your IP address is also registered. All personal data is stored for a minimum of 5 years. Customer information is not encrypted when sent or stored. However, when paying by credit card, your information is sent encrypted directly to Bambora.

Teater Refleksion does NOT have access to your credit card information.
